Pricing & Revenue Management Deputy Director – M/F

The Position


  • Pricing & Revenue management
  • Pricing & Distribution strategy, short, medium & long-term performance analysis of residences, sales terms and conditions.
  • Analytics: business intelligence, business reporting (feeding all departments and sites), customer knowledge, revenue integrity
  • Set Up: Booking tool set up
  • Direct management of 3 teams

Primary responsibility:

  • Devising and implementing sales strategy
  • Establishing forecasts and presenting topline results and forecasts
  • Providing analytical insight to all departments
  • Providing expertise: performance and turnover in budgets, business plans and development decisions
  • Changing the actual organization using new and disruptive algorithms
  • Establishing new tools and standardizes them on a short-term basis
  • Heavily involved in new booking tool implementation

Project responsability:

  • Creating, managing and monitoring a pricing method by origin to a pricing by destination

Challenges to address:

  • Adapting business model to new market trends and emerging competition, such as collaborative economy
  • Adapting sales and RM organization to international development
  • Innovating in RM and pricing levers (systems, processes) to enhance like-to-like revenue
  • Designing new generation business reporting and revenue management systems
  • Nurturing technically experienced yet young mid-management team

Experience :

  • Large and successful experience in Pricing & Revenue Management strategy is mandatory
  • Good experience in yield
  • Experience in Set up is a real plus
  • Experience in Multi-matrix environment is a plus to ease the induction


  • Good helicopter view, strategic abilities

  • Ultra-strong analytical/numerical/technical skills: will be considered the reference on all things analytical within the company

  • Education and Languages:
  • Master level in Business or Engineer required
  • Fluent in English/Dutch compatible with managing teams and negotiating in both of these languages
