The SREM EMEA is based in Paris, reports to the Head of Real Estate EMEA, supports the growth of Brands in EMEA markets such as France, UK, Spain, Portugal or the Middle East. He/she works closely and partners with CEOs, Regional Presidents and COOs, Retail Presidents, Finance, Legal and Store Planning functions both at brand and corporate level, as well as external real estate partners.
The SREM EMEA helps to develop, plan, negotiate and execute the regional retail distribution strategy as well as corporate office strategy within a multi-channel environment. The role consist in :
The Senior Real Estate team is the privileged point of contact for the Group Brands for the implementation of all types of real estate projects around the world. In a context of strong and solid growth. This is a strategic role.
We look for a confirmed professional experience working within the EMEA region in a real estate role, with a strong exposure to the European markets and Middle East ideally. A strong exeprience with fashion retailer (high and fast fashion, jewellery watches, eyewear, luxury hotels, luxury cars, luxury properties, any sector and brand needing a high street prime location), is mandatory.
