Our customer, involved in a LBO deal, is about to purchase a SME, to integrate it into a group. The business and industrial synergies are obvious, and the model has been attested as being efficient. However, we know nothing about the organisation in place and its skills (Who does what? Where does the expertise lie? Who are the key players? Will they follow the new project?). The risk is significant. Before completing the acquisition, the risk of attrition of skills and the risk of counter-productive loss need to be measured. Bold Executive carried out and supplied a detailed study of the SME’s business organisation, for each job. We then cross-referenced those items with mobility statistics, allowing our customer to complete the acquisition with total peace of mind.
