In connection with the departure of one of its senior financial managers, our customer wishes to achieve internal movement. A candidate has been identified, but a few core skills are yet to be assessed, particularly regarding team management (which increases from 5 to 22 people), strategic insight, the ability to delegate responsibility, and to transform/structure. Bold Executives’ assessment must identify the zones if risks associated with this internal move. The Assessment did confirm some weaknesses and the move did not take place. The applicant was directed toward a different, and equally exciting professional project.
